Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive an email once your booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled.
  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and bank transfers.
